• Goes more then 2- ½ time per day to eliminate solid waste
• Have gas regularly
• Especially certain times of the day
• Lunch or prime time
• Have gas mostly at home or when along
• The butt or anus is hot
• The pressure to go is strong, uncontrollable
• As you go, it pops out in one shot, like bam!
• It has a gas pocket behind it
• Normally victims sit longer (feeling there is unfinished business).
• It takes longer to clean then usual.

• The longer it take you to go, the more they enjoy the moment
• In the public, these sick individuals will go out of their way to look you in the eye
• They will often have smirk, smug, silly smile, or grin on their faces (sitting or walking in groups).


The principles behind this:
• We eat food they have put poison in
• This poison is activated by radio waves or microwaves, therefore it only cause problems with those they use these waves on.
• In our intestines (bowel) this poison make the content pasty
• They place microwaves on the upper intestines and stomach.
• As the contents is heated it gives off gas and vapor
• This also cause acid reflux and burping (belching)
• The gas cannot penetrate the solids, that is now pasty in the lower intestines
• The pressure of the gas push these solid down the lower intestines to the anus
• This pressure and the effect of the microwaves make victims go.

They have went hi-tech with this problem and anyone can be a victim, even the president and his family. However, I don’t think they will put a members of his family on their private network as they are doing me. This behavior is apparently prime time for many. The system has went to great lengths to make certain individuals sit on the toilet to eliminate solid waste from their bodies. They are using satellites to provide video of you sitting on the toilet, to members of these secret organizations. What does this say about your country?

Turnip Greens from cans - found in more supermarkets or served in more restaurants

Remember these foods did not always cause symptoms. The diarrhea thing is more like flux and having to go without there really being a need, sometimes.
It is up to you to watch what you eat and add to this list that we may see a pattern. We should try to remember what we ate after we have any of these problems or symptoms and post what we remembers.

Before 2008 and between 2010 they had regular schedules targeting entire cities with EMF, through power lines, at prime time (8:30 P.M. till 2:00 A.M.).
